Book Binding with Tom O'Reilly: Improvers

Join us for this fantastic and engaging improvers course with master book binder Tom O'Reilly. Tom will guide students through various aspects of hand book binding in this course, incorporating gold foil embossing and slip case making.
You'll produce a small hand-bound notebook and slip case and we'll spend time looking in detail at techniques that are not covered in the beginners course.
This course can be suitable for all levels as a comprehensive book binding workshop, but we recommend that you have done our 1-day introductory course first which will introduce you to the basic tools and techniques you'll need on this course.
Tom O’Reilly M.A has been a book binder for over thirty years and he has taught the art of hand bookbinding, tutored and lectured at BA and MA level.
